With a Master’s degree in engineering, a professional diploma in Public Relations and HR, and a certification in strategic leadership from Cranfield School of Management, Hasna has been a driving force behind ATS Group's growth and expansion since 2014.
She oversees day-to-day operations, fosters strategic partnerships, and ensures regulatory compliance, all while cultivating strong customer relationships and promoting a collaborative corporate culture.
Ghaith Zubi
Ghaith Zubi, Chief Compliance Officer at ATS Aviation, brings over 22 years of expertise in legal compliance, risk management, and strengthening national and international compliance frameworks. He has held senior leadership positions in government and with the United Nations, leading advanced financial compliance and risk management programs, and developing policies and procedures to enhance legal and organizational efficiency. Zubi is recognized for his ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and implement global best practices in compliance and risk oversight.
Since joining ATS Aviation, Zubi has played a pivotal role in fostering a strong compliance culture within the company, enhancing policies and legal procedures, and contributing to improved organizational performance and strengthened trust among partners and clients worldwide.
