Captain Jon D. Alexander brings nearly five decades of international aviation experience to ATS Technic, with a distinguished career in both military and civil aviation. He has played a pivotal role in shaping elite aviation programs across the Middle East and beyond.

A seasoned pilot with 13,300 flight hours, he has led operations involving both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. Over the past two decades, he has held roles such as Chief Pilot, Director of Aviation, and Standardization Instructor Pilot—driving operational success in high-profile organizations worldwide.

Captain Nasir Iqbal is a seasoned aviation executive with experience spanning three decades in aviation operations, regulatory compliance, safety management, and business development. As Acting CEO of ATS Technic, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and organizational growth.

He has extensive experience working with aircraft operators and civil aviation authorities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full regulatory compliance and the highest standards of safety and quality. Under his leadership, ATS Technic continues to strengthen its technical capabilities and reinforce its position as a reliable, professional, and safety-focused aviation services provider.

With over 20 years of aviation expertise at various MRO companies, Prasanth brings a wealth of knowledge in Maintenance, Planning, Engineering, MRO setup and Component Overhaul.

His vast experience includes leadership roles where he played a key role in Engineering & Planning Activities, RFQ process, Design Certification Projects, Additive Manufacturing, STC development, Flammability Lab Setup and managing large-scale of team members.

As we embark on the journey of establishing our state-of-the-art MRO facility and engine shop, Prasanth’s leadership will be instrumental in establishing MRO facility and shaping our planning and engineering strategies, optimizing operational efficiency and ensuring world-class compliance standards across all functions.

Mohammed Al Sheikh is a seasoned aviation professional and engineer with over 19 years of experience, specializing in both CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation) and AMO (Approved Maintenance Organisation) operations.

He combines technical expertise and leadership to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth at ATS Technic.

Bajes Al Majali is a strategic commercial leader in the aviation sector with deep expertise in line maintenance business management, MRO operations, and aviation maintenance contract management. He has a strong background in business development, contract negotiation, and station setup across multiple regions.

He leads commercial strategy, customer engagement, pricing, and revenue planning, while aligning service delivery with operational performance. His leadership extends to negotiation and sales cycle management, as well as driving high customer satisfaction through strong relationships with airlines and partners.

Al Ameen Sadiq brings over a decade of GCC experience and EASA-licensed expertise in aviation maintenance and operational leadership. As EASA Post Holder - Line Maintenance Manager, he oversees multi-station operations across key Middle Eastern aviation hubs, ensuring the highest standards of aircraft airworthiness, safety, and regulatory compliance. Recognized for his strategic mindset and hands-on leadership.

Al Ameen excels in leading diverse engineering teams, optimizing turnaround efficiency, and strengthening operational reliability for both commercial and cargo airline partners. His commitment to integrity, safety, and operational excellence continues to support the growth and reputation of ATS Technic as a trusted MRO partner in the region.
