Whistleblower Policy

Speaking Up: Our Commitment to Integrity and Transparency

We are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability. To support this commitment, ATS has established a Whistleblower Policy that enables employees, business partners, and third-party stakeholders to report concerns about unethical behavior, potential misconduct, or violations of company policies and applicable laws.

Our Whistleblower Policy is a board-approved framework with specific internal measures to ensure that all reports are handled confidentially and fairly. It empowers individuals to speak up without fear of retaliation, knowing that ATS is dedicated to protecting the identity and rights of those who report in good faith.

Confidential and Secure Reporting Channels

ATS provides a confidential whistleblowing system through which individuals can report concerns via email or directly to the Chief Compliance Officer. All reports are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Protection from Retaliation

ATS strictly prohibits any form of retaliation against those who raise concerns in good faith. We have established safeguards to ensure that whistleblowers are protected throughout the reporting and investigation process.

Fair and Impartial Investigations

All reported concerns are reviewed and investigated thoroughly, impartially, and promptly. We are committed to addressing any verified issues in a manner that upholds our standards of integrity and compliance.

Support and Guidance

ATS is committed to providing resources, guidance, and training to all employees and stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of the whistleblower process.

By establishing a safe and effective whistleblower system, ATS demonstrates its unwavering commitment to ethical business conduct and responsible corporate governance. We believe that empowering individuals to speak up is essential to maintaining a transparent and trustworthy business environment, and we stand by those who take the step to report concerns in good faith.
