How We Started
Aerospace Technical Services (ATS) was founded in 2003 with an unrelenting commitment to operational excellence. ATS was established to fill a critical gap in the aviation industry: ensuring that no aircraft ever stays grounded because of supply chain hurdles.
Over the years, ATS has become a trusted extension of our customers’ teams. What began as a spare parts distributor in Jordan soon expanded to a holistic global service provider as our reputation for reliability, transparency, and a people-centric approach gained the trust of customers around the world.
Following a rebranding and brand relaunch, the ATS Group includes three specialized companies: ATS Aviation, which continues our legacy of providing aviation parts and solutions; ATS Technic, focused on maintenance and repair services; and ATS Medical, dedicated to delivering essential medical supplies. Together, these companies form a unified group under the ATS name, each committed to supporting our customers’ needs with excellence.
The Founding of ATS Technic
With a growing demand for specialized maintenance services, ATS established ATS Technic in Dubai in 2022 as the first independent EASA-certified line maintenance organization in the UAE. The goal was to provide operators with reliable, high-quality MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) solutions that combined technical expertise with quick turnaround times.
Positioned strategically in Dubai’s rapidly expanding aviation hub, ATS Technic has since become a key partner for commercial airlines and private operators in the region. ATS Technic has partnered with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH) to build a state-of-the-art base maintenance hangar project at Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC).
The Founding of ATS Medical
In 2020, faced with the global challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, ATS adapted its capabilities to support critical healthcare needs, founding ATS Medical. Leveraging ATS Aviation’s extensive global network and sourcing expertise, ATS Medical quickly established itself as a reliable provider of high-quality medical supplies and equipment. From hospitals and clinics to emergency healthcare providers, ATS Medical has played a vital role in delivering essential solutions to support communities during the pandemic and beyond.

Over the years, while ATS has grown from a single office to a comprehensive group of international companies serving the global aviation sector, we’ve maintained that “personal touch” and evolved with our customers. While we’ve broadened our expertise from aircraft parts to aircraft maintenance, leasing, and medical solutions, our family mentality and focus on our customers have not changed.
Today, with offices and operational hubs spanning the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, ATS combines international reach with a local understanding of each region’s unique needs and challenges.
