Captain Brigadier General Sami Al Nuaimi, Chairman of ATS Group and Retired Pilot, brings over three decades of distinguished military and aviation experience to the organization. A respected leader and senior advisor, Captain Sami has played a pivotal role in developing operational, training, and logistical programs across the UAE, while driving operational excellence, corporate governance, and organizational growth at ATS Group.
A seasoned pilot with 3,000 flight hours, Captain Sami possesses extensive expertise in both aviation operations and organizational leadership. He has held multiple senior positions, including managing over 1,000 personnel, leading critical projects, and providing comprehensive training, supply chain, and operational support to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and excellence.
Jon Alexander
Captain Jon D. Alexander, Chairman of the Board, brings nearly five decades of international aviation experience to ATS Technic, with a distinguished career in both military and civil aviation. As a highly respected aviator and senior advisor, Jon has played a pivotal role in shaping elite aviation programs across the Middle East and around the world.
A seasoned pilot with 13,300 flight hours, Captain Alexander has knowledge of both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft operating in Global airspace and for the last two decades in Middle East airspaces. He has held multiple leadership roles, including Chief Pilot, Director of Aviation, and Standardization Instructor Pilot for elite, high-profile aviation entities around the world, to which he brought operational success.
Hasna Fayyad
Hasna Fayyed serves as General Manager of ATS Group, leveraging her extensive expertise in operations and business development. With a Master’s degree in engineering, a professional diploma in Public Relations and HR, and a certification in strategic leadership from Cranfield School of Management, Hasna has been a driving force behind ATS Group's growth and expansion since 2014.
She oversees day-to-day operations, fosters strategic partnerships, and ensures regulatory compliance, all while cultivating strong customer relationships and promoting a collaborative corporate culture.
Nasir Iqbal
Acting Chief Executive Officer – ATS Technic
Capt Nasir Iqbal is a seasoned aviation executive with experience spanning three decades in aviation operations, regulatory compliance, safety management, and business development. As Acting CEO of ATS Technic, he oversees the company’s strategic direction, operational performance, and organizational growth.
He has extensive experience working with aircraft operators and civil aviation authorities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring full regulatory compliance and the highest standards of safety and quality. Under his leadership, ATS Technic continues to strengthen its technical capabilities and reinforce its position as a reliable, professional, and safety-focused aviation services provider.
Dr. Majd Karazoun
Dr. Majd Karazoun, General Manager of ATS Medical, is a seasoned healthcare professional with over 16 years of experience, blending medical expertise and strategic business acumen to drive innovation in healthcare solutions. Holding an MBA in Healthcare Management from the University of Atlanta as well as a PMP certification, Dr. Majd is committed to advancing healthcare through leadership and impactful initiatives that bridge clinical excellence with business strategy.
Georgios Siaravas
Georgios Siaravas serves as Business Development Manager for ATS Greece. A graduate of the Greek Air Force University with a degree in Aviation, Academics, Logistics Administration, and Management, he also holds a Master's in IT and Software Analysis and Programming from the National Defense General Staff and Athens University.
With a career spanning over two decades, Georgios brings extensive expertise in aviation, logistics, IT, procurement, and security. His accomplishments include developing inventory platforms, managing critical information, collaborating with government authorities, and drafting regulations aligned with international standards. Since joining ATS in 2012, he has been instrumental in driving business development and operational excellence.
